Overview: Felix Mobile launched 5G, a major product update requiring clear communication to existing customers. The campaign aimed to promote 5G while enhancing the visibility of the Refer-A-Friend program, with a focus on creating cohesive, omni-channel marketing materials.

Objective: The goal was to design a campaign that boosts engagement, promotes Felix Mobile’s 5G launch, and increases awareness and adoption of the Refer-A-Friend program, all while ensuring brand consistency across marketing efforts.

Approach:

  • Visual Communication Leadership: I directed social media visuals to resonate with target audiences, collaborated with the Creative Lead on paid media, web, and display assets, and crafted designs aligned with Felix Mobile’s branding.

  • Customer-Centric Design: Conducted audience research to ensure engaging, informative visuals, simplified complex product features into clear messages, and highlighted the key benefits of 5G and the Refer-A-Friend program.

  • Performance Optimisation: Iterated on designs using performance data, integrated team feedback, and enhanced click-through and conversion rates beyond industry benchmarks.
