Overview: During my time as a designer at felix mobile, I have contributed to scaling brand awareness from 25% → 42% (updated Feb, 2025). I developed design guidelines, introduced in-house motion design capabilities and produced videos reaching 8M+ views. Through a strategic approach to content creation for social and paid media, as well as spearheading campaign design, I successfully:

  • Achieved 10K+ followers and 8M+ views on TikTok by optimising platform-specific content for engagement.

  • 2x Instagram following by implementing a consistent visual identity and interactive content.

  • Developed a unified design guidelines for paid media, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

  • Integrated motion design and video storytelling, adding a dynamic layer to our brand’s digital presence.

  • Enhanced engagement and reach by aligning creative strategy with platform algorithms and audience insights alongside the Senior Digital Media Manager.

  • Contributed to 102% YOY growth in connections
